Styles and options
Vinyl fence styles we install
Vinyl (you will also hear it called PVC) earns its place in Northern Virginia yards: it never needs staining, it washes clean, and HOAs approve it because it looks the same in year ten as in year one.

Privacy panels
Solid 6-foot panels for backyards, pool equipment, and townhouse patios. White is the classic; tan and woodgrain tones are available.

Spaced picket
Front-yard and garden picket in straight-top, scalloped, and dog-ear profiles.

HOA and community
We build to association specs — color, height, and style — and we know how to work with community managers.

Lattice and spindle tops
Privacy panels with a lattice or spindle accent for gardens and side yards.

Ranch rail
Open 2-, 3-, and 4-rail vinyl fencing for acreage and frontage lines.

Vinyl gates
Walk gates and driveway gates framed in vinyl, with hardware that matches the fence.
Our process
How a vinyl fence job goes
The estimate happens in your yard. We measure the line, mark the gates, and look at the grade.
Vinyl goes in fast once posts are set: posts on concrete, panels routed and locked, gates hung with adjustable hinges. We call 811 before we dig, and we check county or HOA rules before we order.
Cost
What a vinyl fence costs

FAQ
vinyl fence questions
How much does 80 feet of vinyl fence cost?
At typical planning ranges of $40–$70 per linear foot installed, 80 feet of vinyl privacy runs roughly $3,200–$5,600 before gates or removal. Your estimate confirms the exact figure.
Is vinyl the same as PVC?
Yes — vinyl fencing is PVC fencing. Brands differ in wall thickness and UV inhibitors, which is why two white fences age differently.
Does vinyl fencing hold up in Northern Virginia wind?
When it is installed right, yes. Post spacing, concrete footings, and routed rails carry wind load. Storm damage we repair is usually a fence someone else floated on short posts.
What colors does vinyl fencing come in?
White and tan are the staples here; cypress and mocha tones and woodgrain finishes are available on certain panels. HOAs often specify the color — we build to the approval.
Do vinyl fences crack in winter?
Quality vinyl stays flexible enough for our winters. Most cracks we see are impact damage — a car bumper or a fallen limb — and a panel swaps out without rebuilding the line.
Can you match a vinyl fence my HOA already has?
Usually, yes. Bring the association's spec or a photo of the neighbor's fence and we will match profile, height, and color.
Do you need a permit for a vinyl fence?
The material does not change the rule — the county or town does. Fairfax County generally requires no permit for residential fences but enforces 4-foot front-yard height limits; Montgomery County requires a permit for any fence. We check and file for you.
