Estimates
Estimates are free and prepared for your property. Prices on the estimate reflect the scope discussed, the materials chosen, and site conditions on the day of the visit. Hidden conditions found during work (buried concrete, unmarked utilities, grade surprises) are discussed with you before the price changes.
Permits and utilities
We check county or town fence rules for your property and file permits where required. Before digging, Miss Utility (811) locates public utilities. Private lines — irrigation, invisible dog fences, low-voltage lighting — are the property owner's to point out.
Property lines
Fences are built to the line agreed on during the estimate. If neighbors disagree about a boundary, a licensed surveyor settles it before we build.
Workmanship
We stand behind our installation. If something about the work is off, tell us — the crew comes back and makes it right.
