- Design and material selection. We spec the gate style, metal and finish, plus the LiftMaster operator sized to that gate.
- Permitting and utility locate. For gates that need trenched power, we handle the utility locate and any permit the county requires before digging.
- Site prep and gate installation. We set posts, hang the gate, and run conduit or solar wiring to the operator location.
- Opener and access control setup. The LiftMaster operator, safety loops, and any keypad, camera, intercom or exit wand you’ve chosen get installed and wired in.
- Testing and walkthrough. We test the full cycle, program your remotes and app access, and walk you through daily use and safety features before we leave.
